trying to gain weight......really!

I have a friend who is very sick with bone cancer and undergoing chemo. He is also diabetic.....Type II....usually diet controlled. He is looking for information to help him gain weight. The chemo is taking it's toll on his appetite,weight and energy levels...anybody have any information or know of any websites to explore?

Hey,
I am a 13 year old male form wisconsin and i seriosly am tryin to gain weight when i was dignosed with diabeties 2 years ago i wiehged the same i do now and i was almost 1 foot shorter now i am 6 foot and i wiegh 150 lbs i woudl like to gain some weight cuz i am active oin football and basketball and i would like to gain wieght inorder to be more sucessefullin my sports

You might have your friend try Glucerna. It is a meal supplement similar to Ensure but made for diabetic patients. I am a nurse in an Indian Clinic and we have a large number of diabetics in our population.
