I have a moniter -a dietician-exercise-
i don't cheat-am not overweight-don't smoke-rarely drink. So how come I can't control my type2 diabetise? I take gyliberide 2x2 metforim 2x2.

I can't either. I'm only 16, and i have had diabetes, Cancer 5 times, heart problems, kidney problems, arthritis, and many more...... I'm having problems.
I had problems with my sugar
I had problems with my sugar for 45 years. But I read that everyone that has low blood sugar is low on zinc also if your low on zinc long enough it can cause soft spots on your vocal cords. Changing the sound of your voice. That had happened to me. I took 4 15mg tabs of zinc a day my throat hurt for awhile but my voice is fine now and my blood sugar is great. When my blood sugar would go to high just for one or two meals I would eat a little cinnamon before I ate. It sounds strange but it worked. I hope it works for you.
